Necessary&lt;\/p&gt;\n&lt;p&gt;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span title=\"Cooling fan noise has no effect on cooling, but it is very important to the system end user.&lt;\/p&gt;\n&lt;p&gt;\">\u51b7\u5374\u98ce\u673a<a href=\"www.efengji.com\">\u566a\u58f0<\/a>\u5bf9\u51b7\u5374\u6ca1\u6709\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u4f46\u5b83\u662f\u5bf9\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u6700\u7ec8\u7528\u6237\u5f88\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u3002<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span title=\"Most designs require minimal fan noise to satisfy users' demands for quiet systems.\">\u5927\u591a\u6570\u8bbe\u8ba1\u9700\u8981\u6700\u5c11\u7684\u98ce\u673a\u566a\u97f3\uff0c\u4ee5\u6ee1\u8db3\u7528\u6237\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u4e3a\u5b89\u9759\u7684\u7cfb\u7edf\u3002<\/span><span title=\"Compounding this challenge is the desire for smaller enclosures and higher system performance, both of which increase the need for airflow which, in turn, increases noise.\">\u590d\u5408\u8fd9\u4e00\u6311\u6218\u662f\u5bf9\u4e8e\u8f83\u5c0f\u7684\u673a\u76d2\u548c\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u7cfb\u7edf\u6027\u80fd\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e24\u8005\u90fd\u589e\u52a0\u7684\u9700\u8981\u6c14\u6d41\uff0c\u8fd9\u53cd\u8fc7\u6765\uff0c\u589e\u52a0\u566a\u58f0\u7684\u613f\u671b\u3002<\/span><span title=\"It's a necessary byproduct of a system that's so crucial, we wouldn't have the advancements in technology we have today if we couldn't deal with a little fan noise.&lt;\/p&gt;\n&lt;p&gt;\">\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u5982\u6b64\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u526f\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c31\u4e0d\u4f1a\u5728\u6280\u672f\u7684\u8fdb\u6b65\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u4eca\u5929\u5982\u679c\u6211\u4eec\u4e0d\u80fd\u5904\u7406\u4e00\u4e2a\u5c0f\u98ce\u673a\u566a\u97f3\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span title=\"Audible noise originates from several sources.\">\u53ef\u542c\u566a\u58f0\u6765\u6e90\u4e8e\u51e0\u4e2a\u65b9\u9762\u3002<\/span><span title=\"Aerodynamic noise is a result of turbulence caused by the fan blades.\">\u6c14\u52a8\u566a\u58f0\u662f\u7531\u98ce\u673a\u53f6\u7247\u7684\u6e4d\u6d41\u7684\u7ed3\u679c\u3002<\/span><span title=\"The frequency and magnitude of the noise generated by a cooling fan increases with rotational speed.\">\u7531\u51b7\u5374\u98ce\u673a\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u566a\u58f0\u7684\u9891\u7387\u548c\u5e45\u5ea6\u7684\u589e\u52a0\u800c\u8f6c\u901f\u3002<\/span><span title=\"Mechanical noise can be caused by bearings, or unbalanced rotating elements that can cause vibration.\">\u673a\u68b0\u566a\u58f0\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u8f74\u627f\uff0c\u6216\u4e0d\u5e73\u8861\u65cb\u8f6c\u5143\u4ef6\uff0c\u53ef\u5f15\u8d77\u632f\u52a8\u800c\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u3002<\/span><span title=\"If this vibration is at a frequency that matches any resonant frequencies of the enclosure it can be amplified to an intolerable or even destructive level.\">\u5982\u679c\u8fd9\u79cd\u632f\u52a8\u662f\u5728\u4e00\u4e2a\u9891\u7387\u76f8\u5339\u914d\u7684\u5916\u58f3\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u8c10\u632f\u9891\u7387\u53ef\u4ee5\u88ab\u653e\u5927\u5230\u4e0d\u53ef\u5bb9\u5fcd\u751a\u81f3\u7834\u574f\u6027\u6c34\u5e73\u3002<\/span><span title=\"The motor can contribute to the noise, but this is a very small part of the total noise generated by the cooling system.&lt;\/p&gt;\n&lt;p&gt;\">\u9a6c\u8fbe\u53ef\u4ee5\u5411\u566a\u58f0\uff0c\u4f46\u8fd9\u662f\u7531\u51b7\u5374\u7cfb\u7edf\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u603b\u566a\u58f0\u7684\u975e\u5e38\u5c0f\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span title=\"All these noise components are inherent in the design of the fan and are almost entirely out of the enclosure designer's control.\">\u6240\u6709\u8fd9\u4e9b\u566a\u58f0\u6210\u5206\u4e2d\u56fa\u6709\u7684\u98ce\u673a\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u5176\u51e0\u4e4e\u5b8c\u5168\u4ece\u5916\u58f3\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e08\u7684\u63a7\u5236\u3002<\/span><span title=\"Efforts to significantly reduce noise levels take away from the effectiveness of a fan and could render a fan useless.&lt;\/p&gt;\n&lt;p&gt;\">\u52aa\u529b\u663e\u8457\u964d\u4f4e\u566a\u97f3\u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u4ece\u98ce\u673a\u7684\u6548\u80fd\u5e26\u8d70\uff0c\u5e76\u53ef\u80fd\u4f7f\u5f97\u98ce\u673a\u6ca1\u7528\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span title=\"However, there are some details to which the enclosure designer should pay attention to minimize noise:&lt;\/p&gt;\n&lt;p&gt;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\">\u4e0d\u8fc7\uff0c\u4e5f\u6709\u4e00\u4e9b\u7ec6\u8282\u5230\u5916\u58f3\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e94\u6ce8\u610f\u5c3d\u91cf\u51cf\u5c11\u566a\u97f3\uff1a<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span title=\"Check for obstacles in front and behind the fan.\">\u68c0\u67e5\u5728\u524d\u9762\u548c\u540e\u9762\u7684\u98ce\u673a\u969c\u788d\u3002<\/span><span title=\"If they exist, move the fan farther away.&lt;br \/&gt;\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\">\u5982\u679c\u5b58\u5728\uff0c\u5c06\u98ce\u673a\u66f4\u8fdc\u3002<br \/>\n<\/span><span title=\"In general, obstacles on the intake side of the fan negatively impact the noise level more than on the exhaust side.&lt;br \/&gt;\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\">\u5728\u4e00\u822c\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u5728\u98ce\u673a\u7684\u5438\u5165\u4fa7\u7684\u969c\u788d\u7684\u566a\u97f3\u6c34\u5e73\u8d85\u8fc7\u5728\u6392\u6c14\u4fa7\u4ea7\u751f\u8d1f\u9762\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<br fan on an interior surface on the enclosure rather than on an exterior
